At Platinum Pool Centre we pride ourselves on having what you need when you need it. "In stock or else" is a standard we would like to achieve for every product which is listed on our website.  We know this is a massive task in the recent landscape with manufacturing and shipping delays which is affecting the whole worlds supply chains we have had to rethink this approach. 

To help us consistently have stack available for you when you need it we have reduced our stocked items in store to best keep to our in stock mantra. 

Any product which is not currently being stocked in any of our retail stores will state available for special order only. This product can either be purchased online (if shopping cart enabled), in store or over the phone (By Calling 1800 102 526)

These items will generally need to be ordered in which will usually take 2-5 days depending on product and stock availability. 

While our industry, like many other industries is going through supply issues we will endeavour to do our best to keep the most important items in stock.  

We would like to apologise in advance to any of our customers who can't purchase items from us when they need them but be assured we are always looking for better ways to manage inventory to reach our goal.
