Starting out business as mobile pool service operator from scratch in 2008, Platinum Pool Care quickly created a small but loyal group of core residential and commercial service clients.  Operating with 2 full time service technicians full of youth and blind optimism Platinum Pool and Spa Centre was opened a few years later in November 2011 in Mudgeeraba on the Gold Coast. Now in 2020 we are largest fully independent swimming pool service and retail business solely located on the Gold Coast still being run by the same original owner / founder of the business.

Yes there may be bigger businesses but we believe that having the original owner's driving the quality of service with the same passion as over a decade ago is what keeps us a step ahead of the rest.

As well as these services we sell can supply spa chemicals and pool chemicals, pool equipment, spare parts and pool accessories. 

Having built this business from the ground up has given us a competitive edge when it comes to delivering value to our customers. The relationships created with our suppliers over the last 10 years is what helps us deliver quality pool products to our customers at the cheapest possible prices. 

We have a strict supply policy of cutting out the middleman in all of our supply chains as well as doing all pool pump and chlorinator repairs in-house at our workshop so we can deliver savings directly to our clients. 

We have invested in the latest service technology along the way including NavMan Wireless and Geoop service management systems to help our internal workflow be as seamless and efficient as possible.
