Aquatic Elements Duck Away duck repellent is designed to repel ducks from your swimming pool by reducing the pools water tension and stripping natural oils from the ducks flight feathers. Platinum Pool Centre sell in store and deliver Aquatic Elements Duck Away to commercial, strata and residential customers in all suburbs of the Gold Coast and some suburbs in northern New South Wales.
Active Constituent: 100g/L BENZALKONIUM CHLORIDE and 23.5g/L ALCOHOL ETHOXYLATE

Required amount: Duck Away may need to be applied in numerous applications across the duck season to break the cycle for them to not return the following year. We recommend double or triple the dosage rate over a 3 month period to make sure the ducks don't return a few weeks (or a few days) later.
Broad Total Alkalinity range - 80-160ppm
Application:
- Pour directly into water prior to use or mix in a bucket of water as per label instructions
Dosage Rate: 1 litre per 10,000 litres (1 x 5lt Bottle for 50,000lts)
**We recommend that for the first application or in situations where ducks are numerous and stubborn that this dosage rate is doubled and sometimes even tripled**.
Safety Instructions:-
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes
- When using the product wear rubber gloves
- Do not apply in conjunction with algaecide products
- The product should not be added to pool water for 48 hours after the pool has been superchlorinated
- Repeat dosage monthly
- Use only when ducks are present in the pool
- Use caution when ducklings are present
This product is not harmful to your swimming pool equipment, swimmers or ducks, There is a slight smell and the product may foam up in concentrated amounts. It is not recommended to swim in the pool when adding dosage rates higher that the one listed on the bottle.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
